Ken (he/him) retired from the Canadian Public Service in 2020 and created Integrity by McCarthy Inc. to raise the bar in how organizations prevent and resolve incidents of workplace harassment, violence, wrongdoing and fraud.
He has seen the devastating consequences on individuals and organizations and set out to make a difference. Ken has led a workplace investigation program for a workforce of over 15,000 employees.
He has also provided executive oversight in more than 500 workplace investigations and has designed and delivered investigation training sessions to 500 front-line managers. Ken is based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Originally from Ireland, Josephine (she/her) has a Master of Arts in Gender, Sexuality and Culture, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with a joint major in English and History, both from University College Dublin.
With a slew of international experience, Josephine has worked in four different countries. Josephine is trained in conducting workplace investigations and is currently studying for her private investigator’s licence.
While at Integrity by McCarthy Inc., Josephine has worked on various harassment and violence workplace investigations and is currently leading the development of our workplace assessment project which will help identify whether a workplace is at risk of a harassment and violence incident.
Josephine joined Integrity by McCarthy in 2021, acting as the President’s senior advisor. Josephine’s ongoing role is leading the corporation’s development of its programs and services.

Erin (she/her) has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology from Carleton University, in Ottawa.
Erin has previously worked in various security roles and is well-trained in handling and de-escalating stressful situations. Erin is trained in conducting workplace investigations and is currently studying for her private investigator’s licence.
While at Integrity by McCarthy Inc., Erin has worked on various harassment and violence workplace investigations. Erin is currently leading the creation of our organization’s private investigator course and playing an integral role in developing Integrity by McCarthy Inc. into a provincial-wide professional training provider.
Erin joined Integrity by McCarthy in early 2022 and is responsible for leading the corporation’s operational projects.
Erin has an office cat called Rollo who oversees her work and likes interrupting employee meetings.

Katherine (she/her) has a Master of Arts in Indigenous and Canadian Studies and a Bachelor of Journalism with Distinction from Carleton University. Throughout her Master of Arts, Katherine presented her research in Canada and internationally.
Katherine is an award-winning communicator that has worked in the field for 10 years. She lives in Ottawa, Ontario with her partner and 4 mischievous cats.
