Ken McCarthy
President, Integrity by McCarthy
Ken McCarthy founded Integrity by McCarthy. to elevate how organizations across Canada prevent and respond to workplace harassment, violence, wrongdoing, and fraud. Following his retirement from the Canadian Public Service in 2020, he established the firm with a clear purpose: to help organizations create safer, healthier, and more accountable workplaces.
Ken brings extensive leadership and investigative experience to his role. He previously led a workplace investigations program supporting a workforce of more than 15,000 employees. Throughout his career, Ken has overseen more than 2500 workplace investigations. In addition, he has designed and delivered investigation training for more than 500 front-line managers, strengthening organizational capacity and compliance.

Patricia Larocque
Investigator, Integrity by McCarthy
Patricia Larocque is an Investigator with Integrity by McCarthy, bringing a strong academic foundation and international investigative experience to the team. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Thompson Rivers University and is pursuing advanced studies in psychology.
Patricia has worked on sensitive domestic and international criminal investigations and brings a thoughtful, professional approach to complex workplace matters. Her multilingual capabilities enhance accessibility and effective communication across diverse environments. She is fluent in French, English, Lingála, Italian, and Swahili.
Patricia joined Integrity by McCarthy Inc. in October 2023 and specializes in workplace investigations.
