About Ken McCarthy
Ken McCarthy has 18 years of experience in executive management and 8 years of experience in leading over 500 workplace investigations, including workplace assessments and reviews within the federal public service of Canada.
He is formally trained on workplace investigations, including harassment and violence in the workplace.
Ken has designed and delivered face-to-face workplace fact-findings and investigations training sessions to over 500 managers, and professional integrity and insider threat awareness sessions to over 1000 front line employees in a unionized environment.
Ken is a Professional Certified Investigator, certified by the American Society for Industrial Security. He is a member of the Investigations Unit of the Office of the Sports Integrity Commissioner of Canada. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), including the AWI Journal (quarterly publication) editorial committee.
